No time for blogging, have been so busy getting classes ready before I leave for Phildelphia next week. But a I just finished up a really sweet mini that is just perfect for spring....it was inspired by an album by Marion Smith, I just love her flowery designs.
I just love the soft colors on the front cover. Paper is Cosmo Cricket, one of the older lines that I just love. I used some of my Tattered Angels dyed Crinkled seam binding, some crinoline leaves cut from the Tattered Leaves die from Tim Holtz. The Crinoline idea came from my daughter Tamera who learned about Crinoline from Tammy Tutterow...they both rock!!
I found a lot of beautiful white trim at Hobby Lobby, and used my Tattered Angels to color it vintagy(is that a word)for the album.
I also used paper roses from I am Roses....love that company!! I have shown just a few of the pages, but I love all the little detail, it was such fun.
The little pocket in the corner was made from a Quickutz special edition die from Hobby Lobby, it made the perfect pocket for my Fairy tags....
That's all for now
